Job Description: IT Manager

We are looking for a talented and hands-on IT Manager to join our fast-growing, high-performing team in Milan.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that TLG’s IT infrastructure and systems run seamlessly across our HQ and global retail network (50 stores in Europe and the US). You will oversee networks, hardware, software, and security, managing both daily operations and strategic initiatives that enhance reliability, efficiency, and cybersecurity.If you have a solid technical background, experience across office and retail environments, and the ambition to build and scale a best-in-class IT function, we’d love to hear from you.
