Job Description: Back Office Specialist

We are looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our team in Milan to ensure smooth and efficient wholesale order management.This role reports to the Commercial Director and works in close collaboration with the Finance, Logistics, and Product teams.As the key operational support for the wholesale channel, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of wholesale orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring timely delivery and invoicing. You will also have the opportunity to support sales campaigns and contribute to more strategic activities, including sales data analysis and inventory management.
