We are looking for a Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Business Analysis & Merchandising team in Milan. This role is a strategic point of reference for cross-functional stakeholders—Store Management, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics—with the mission to guide data-driven decision making and fuel business performance through advanced planning, analysis, and forecasting.As a key player in the team, you will lead performance reviews, build agile planning frameworks, and partner with business functions to transform insights into concrete actions. You will be responsible for both the evolution of reporting tools and the strategic interpretation of data that supports growth, inventory efficiency, and market reactivity.
