Job Description: Product Development & Production Specialist

As part of the ongoing development of the new Roberto Cavalli Operating organization, The Level Group is building a dedicated Operations team to support the brand's product lifecycle from product development through production and delivery.We are looking for three talented Product Development & Production Specialists to join our team in Milan. This role will be dedicated to one of the Group's collections (Roberto Cavalli, Just Cavalli or Outlet) and will be responsible for coordinating the product development and production process from collection handover through final delivery, ensuring quality, timing and cost objectives are achieved.Working closely with Design, Purchasing, Production, Quality and external suppliers, you will play a key role in bringing each collection to life while ensuring operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
