Job Description: IT Retail Operation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Retail Operation Specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team in Milan. You will report directly to the IT Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail IT infrastructure across our store network in Europe and the US. You will provide both first- and second-level IT support, remotely and on-site, taking ownership of installations, troubleshooting, rollouts, and new store projects.If you have a strong retail IT background, understand store operations, and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment where technology directly supports business performance, we’d love to hear from you.
